Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
✅ You are eligible to return or exchange a product within 7 days of receiving it.
✅ The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging along with all included accessories.
✅ A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required to process any return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
❌ Used or damaged products, unless they were received in a defective condition.
❌ Neon sign, or customized item items cannot be refunded.
❌ Customized items or products purchased during clearance sales, unless they are defective.
Return Process
1️⃣ Contact us via WhatsApp (+92 341 5999264) or email (admin@mughalwalls.com) with your order details and the issue you’re facing.
2️⃣ Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the return process.
3️⃣ Ship the item back using a reliable courier service. Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective.
4️⃣ Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund Policy
✅ Refunds are issued either as store credit or via bank transfer, depending on the situation.
✅ Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are only eligible for store credit refunds — no cash refunds are available for COD.
✅ Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment method.
